Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Refunds exclude initial shipping charges. For returns, acquire an authorization code from our site. Note: knives and sharp objects must be sheathed and boxed appropriately. Leather must be rerolled and protected against moisture. Large items require customer-arranged return shipping. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.
