ARBO Bute-Al Band 10m

Description

BUTE-AL BAND is a draught and water-proof sealing tape made from an adhesive butyl compound, covered with tear-proof polyester aluminum laminate. The self-wound reel allows for easy application without the need to remove paper, and surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust. For porous surfaces, it’s recommended to use ARBO® Primer 2650, and ARBO Cleaner N°15 should be used for cleaning greasy or contaminated surfaces. It should not be applied to ice or frosty surfaces below 5°C. Compatible with most surfaces, trials are recommended for plastics, rubbers, and unusual surfaces. Apply directly from the roll using an ARBO roller to ensure good contact and avoid air bubbles, with an application pressure between 5 g/cm² and 15 g/cm². The tape is weather and UV resistant, highly impermeable to moisture vapor and gases, and the aluminum foil can be painted after a site trial.

Storage Life: 12 months from the production date when stored in its original, unopened packaging, protected from humidity. Store in a well-ventilated area at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
