Sodium C14/C16 Olefin Sulphonate (Bio-Terge AS-40 KSB) (liquid)

Description

Sodium Olefin Sulphonate C14/C16 (Bio-Terge AS-40 KSB) is an ideal surfactant for a variety of detergent and personal care applications including hand soaps, shampoos and bath products.

It offers excellent viscosity and foaming characteristics, as well as improved mildness over lauryl sulphates. It is also readily biodegradable.

Sodium Olefin Sulphonate is a light yellow pearly liquid and is typically used at 10-30%.

An anionic, mild liquid surfactant for personal care applications.

Please note: AS40 {KSB} is preserved with isothiazolinones and the pH must be slightly acidic (for the preservative to remain stable and not to be destroyed)
