A wonderful Stephenson Hair Conditioner base, made with 25.7% CPAI.
Our Hair Conditioner base is blended with nourishing Shea Butter, Jojoba, Sunflower, Olive and Coconut oils.
Uses
This base is fully formulated, pre-thickened and only requires the addition of Organic essential oils or fragrance oils. It is suitable for all hair types and enriched with nourishing emollients.
